1.Size support and fit guidance
Schedule a free 10 to 15-minute fit support session online with our team by emailing hello@tasharui.com.
To help you better: Please include your height, any specific fit challenges, and your favorite styles and sizes when you reach out to us.

2. Do the cossie try on boogie
When your parcel arrives, cut it open from the top sticky tab, leave the second one intact. Place the parcel in a safe spot til you have tried on (we hope you don’t need it but you might).
Try onver clean undies, keep labels and hygiene stickers on – dance like nobody's watching! Let us know how the fit goes!
If the fit's fab, thumbs up, tag us at #tasharui and @tasha_rui for our socials! You can take off the postal labels, and the pink parcel and home compost.

3. Exchange process
Let us know within 30 days (preferably 7 days) if the size isn't spot-on.
Email us at hello@tasharui.com, telling us about your desire to swap and the preferred size so we can help you with solutions to your fit.
We will generate a reply and pre-paid label for you based on our chats and book you in or an exchange - as we will need to check we have your size and style still in stock.
Keep your packaging intact and resist the urge to wear the item. Tough, I know!
4. Packaging and return
Use your same parcel, there are two sticker labels so use the second one. Stick the pre-paid label on your existing mailer package, covering the old address.
No worries if you tossed the original packaging; you can snag a fresh eco mailer from your local postal centre.
Drop off your labeled package at the nearest postal centre (Australia Post office for Australians) or parcel delivery mailbox. We've got the postage within Australia covered for you.
5. Exchange completion
Once we get your item, we'll swiftly send you the new and improved fitting piece (as long as we still have stock).
