Shipping & Returns

Domestic shipping

Orders are sourced and dispatched nationwide weekly on Thursday AM. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 business days after purchase. Some items are of limited stock and may take up to 10 business days to source. Customers will be notified of any dispatch delays. 

All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia track order parcel post. Please note shipping times are additional to the dispatch time stated. Australia Post endeavor to deliver items within 3-10 business days but note that there are no gaurantees for delivery times during the pandemic. For further information please refer to Australia Post (or where used other courier or service provider) for further information on delivery times, especially to regional areas.


International shipping

Please note, we do not ship to all countries and highly recommend using a business address for delivery. If your country is not included in the "estimate shipping and tax" drop down, then we most likely don't ship there. For any countries not listed, please email hello@tasharui.com for a quote.

All products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia. Tasha Rui is unable to offer any assistance in this process.

Dispatch and delivery times (estimates are not gauranteed during the pandemic)

Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)
Zone 2, 3 & 4 - Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe (10-28 working days)
Zone 5 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)


Order tracking

A track order number will be provided to you by a fulfilment email when shipping has been confirmed. To track your orders please use the track order code and visit the website of the corresponding courier or shipping service. 

Tasha Rui uses Australia Post and Sendle for Australian Domestic and International shipping that may engage additional service providers.
 

Delivery address

Tasha Rui recommends customers provide a secure delivery address. Tasha Rui is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

Privacy & security

Tasha Rui recognise and agree that the privacy of all personal information is important to individuals. All personal information collected to process and fulfill your order is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and most importantly in the control of the individual. We do not share any credit card information with any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the product you have ordered. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information necessary to conduct our business. 
 

Returns and exchanges

Please do read all garment size information, size guides and fit support before placing your order.

The Australian Consumer Law offers you protection against faulty products and services. If you have discovered what you believe to be a fault with your product please contact us immediately on arrival by emailing hello@tasharui.com. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault and a clear description of the perceived fault on the item(s) purchased from Tasha Rui.

For returns to be accepted, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels / tags / hygeine labels attached and returned within 30 days of receiving your product.

We don’t accept returns because you changed your mind.

We do accept returns for an exchange if the sizing is not quite right. If you need support with sizing or fit, please reach out to our team using the contact form to book a complimentary 10 to 15 minute fit suport session. Follow the steps in our exchange process outlined below.

Please note: We only accept items purchased online. Returns may take up to 21 days to process. Proof of online purchase/order number must be provided. Returns will not be accepted without online purchase/order number evidence. Returns are only accepted via post and not in person. Returned items must be intact and unworn as outlined above.

Sale items

No returns on sale items.

We do accept exchange if the sizing is not quite right. Follow the steps in our exchange process outlined below.

Exchange process

Please reach out to us if you find that the size is not quite right for you within 30 days, preferrably 7 days.

We will help you through the exchange process and to exchange the garment for a new size in the same style, if stock in that size is still available. If stock is not available in your initially purchased style, one of our team will help you with an exchange at equivelant value for another item in stock. If exchange items are of a higher value, your payment of the difference will be required before the exchange is completed.

  1. Email us at hello@tasharui.com and let us know why you wish to exchange your item and preferred size. Please note that this needs to take place within 30 days of receiving your goods, preferably reach out to us within 7 days. Keep your packaging and don’t wear the item.

  2. Our team will confirm if we have stock available and provide you any fitting guidance you may need. If we have stock available, we will issue you a pre-paid and self-addressed label for you to print out and attach to your package and return to us at no cost to yourself.

  3. Download and print the prepaid self-addressed label that we will email to you.

  4. Glue or tape the prepaid self-addressed return label onto your existing mailer package, ensure that this is placed over the top of the current address (hopefully you still have this package?). If you have already disposed of your packaging, you can purchase a new eco mailer package at Australia Post at a reasonable price.

  5. Pop the current item that you want to exchange, with tags and hygiene labels attached, into your now labeled mailer package. No need to wash it.

  6. Post the now labeled package with the return address from your nearest Australia Post office or parcel delivery mailbox. We've covered the Australian Domestic postage cost. I recommend doing this as quickly as is convenient.

  7. Once the returned item is received, we will post you back the exchanged item confirmed as available for exchange.
